- Ministry Lens provides church dashboards, reports, and care insights built from your Planning Center data and approved spreadsheet uploads.
- It is designed to support church leaders, not replace personal pastoral care or judgment.
- Ministry Lens is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Planning Center.
Read-only guarantee
- Ministry Lens connects to Planning Center in read-only mode. We never create, change, merge, or delete records in your Planning Center account.
- Any changes you decide to make happen in Planning Center, by you.
Your church owns its data
- Your church owns all of its information. Ministry Lens uses it only to provide the service to your team.
- We never sell, rent, or make money from your church's information.
Your account
- Church owners and admins decide who receives access and are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure.
Pricing
- Pricing is based on your church's average weekly in-person worship attendance. Every church gets the same features.
- Church size is reviewed once a year. Any price change applies at your next annual review, with advance notice, never as a surprise charge.
Monthly plans
- Charged every month with no long-term commitment.
- You can cancel anytime. You won't be charged again, and access continues through the end of your current billing month.
Annual plans (yearly commitment)
- Charged once a year upfront at a discounted rate (two months free).
- Annual plans are a 12-month commitment. They cannot be canceled mid-year, and payments are non-refundable.
- You can turn off auto-renewal at any time so you aren't charged for the next year. Your access stays active through the end of your paid year.
Payments
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Full card details are never stored on Ministry Lens servers.
Limits
- Numbers depend on the information recorded in Planning Center and your uploads.
